    PTO sick pay and vacation.
    Easy growth within company.
Extremely supportive mentors, supervisors, and management.
    Overall great company!

If you aren’t able to learn and retain information QUICKLY, this may be difficult for you to maintain employment. The support is always there but it’s not an easy job.
Customers sometimes are angry as with any position or company, if you can’t handle someone yelling, cursing, or calling you names, this could be a stressful environment. You have to remember in one ear out the other and not let it affect your work results.

    Advice to Management

Great job! The support was always there, the promotions and pay raises were consistent with employees work. I’d love to come back to the company in the future! If I didn’t have to move, I’d still be there :)!

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at GEICO (London, England) in May 2019.

I'm pretty frustrated with their whole interview process. First they have a phone interview which was about 15 minutes and they just asked why I left my previous jobs and why I'm not pursuing a career in the field my degree is for. After the phone interview they invite you to go for testing. The testing was pretty simple there's 2 typing tests and they have a simulation of putting customers information in. If you don't pass the computer test they're going to call your name and walk you out of the room. If you do pass the computer test then you'll move on to the next stage which is an interview which is a basic behavioral interview with a lot of tell me about a time questions or tell me why you think your experience makes you a good fit for the position. If you pass that you will go on to the role play which is as far as I got. They tell you not to disclose the roleplay and honestly it's so complicated I wouldn't really be able to explain it. They throw so much at you and it is overwhelming but they do give you a packet so follow the instructions and make sure that you are accurate no matter how long it takes you they are looking for accuracy. What has frustrated me is after not passing the role play test they told me that based on my test scores I fit a different position and if I wanted to apply they would go ahead and withdraw my application so that I could apply for the other position. I applied for that position and got the generic email telling me that I haven't been selected. After all of that I'm pretty much done with applying for jobs at geico for now because it's just not meant to be.
