I have been working at GO Outdoors part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with. Friendly and chilled management compared to supermarkets etc. They give you space to do the job rather than pestering you all the time. Satisfying helping people if you like the outdoors.
    Staff discount is great.

    Cons

When its quiet it can be very boring.
    Minimum wage
    No bonus incentives

    Interview

Complete online application form then had an email asking for me to attend an interview. The interview itself was a group interview with two tasks to complete. The first task was working within a group deciding together on what was most important to do within the store from a list of options. Marking them from most important to not so. The second task was an individual one that was picking an item from the shop floor then basically selling it to the group very much like Dragon’s Den.
