On Thursday 6 September, some of our VIP customers, Inter TV brand ambassadors and two very lucky employees took to the pitch at the infamous Suning Training Center for a meet, greet and training session with five players from the Inter Milan squad, proving once again that bwin does, in fact, Live the Action!
The event was made possible via our 2017 partnership which saw bwin Italia secure its spot as the first official betting partner in the club’s history.

Last Thursday we had our Summer party. Rooftop views, Good BBQ food & drink and fun times. What more could you want?

GVC Group own the following brands;
We can talk about our achievements and successes until we're blue in the face but we don't to bore you so here is a snapshot of a few cool figures that we think will impress!
In early 2016 GVC and bwin.party came together. Since then, the whole company has been involved in forming the new culture of our combined business.
It all started in May 2016: employees volunteered to take part in local workshops, in which we talked about the importance of the company values, how they will help us support our vision and most importantly shape the future culture of the business. Over time, the whole business got involved and we established our five company values:
And the path to our new combined culture began...

Due to the nature of our business, things change rapidly. Technologies progress and what was the latest software - is now old-hat. You'll be working on new and exciting campaigns and the direction or strategy of the business is always at the forefront of what we work to achieve. We know the business is fast paced and we look to ensure components are in place to help our people adapt and succeed.

You will have regular catch-ups with your manager, who will be responsible for tracking your performance (what you do and how you do it) and working closely with you to make sure your career is heading in the right direction.

But if you still need more, Check this out….. The company offers regular socials and breakfast or Lunch on the last Friday of every month (Location specific)……. It’s a flexible and relaxed environment and whilst we are all professional, we tend to wear smart but casual outfits Monday to Friday (I know… no more pesky suits!)…. We offer some of the leading benefits packages and if that’s still not enough…. We also care about our communities and give everyone 2 days PAID to get involved in our pro-bono work.
I have been working at GVC Group full-time (More than a year)
I was hired as a University graduate and I got given a lot of responsibility from the beginning. I started on the 11th of July and on the 12th of July I was on a plane to Vienna and the week after I was in Gibraltar for more training along with French, Italian, Spanish and Brits. It's exemplary of the international environment and culture within this company. There's support on every aspect of the job, extensive buddy programs and there's a lot of room to grow. Since starting almost 2 years ago, I've got promoted and nearly double my salary. If you perform well, GVC will recognize and reward that.
There aren't many downsides to working for GVC to be honest. The only thing I can think off right now is the fact that we're growing so hard that they had to take away or ping-pong and pool-table away to make room for more colleagues!
Advice to Management
Keep the current culture of work hard/play hard.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GVC Group (London, England) in May 2016.
After applying online for this position, I had to pass through a three stage process:
- General interview (about my experience, nothing tricky)
- Test (come up with a promotion. They sent me the task by email and I replied before the deadline)
- Meeting the senior manager. It looks like at that stage they have already made their decision
