Interviewfirst initial, basic screening with corporate recruiter seemed to have gone well, told it would be passed to hiring manager, but after that completely ghosted. I understand the recruitment to be extremely busy, perhaps my lack of experience yet a strong profile, but at least an automated rejection email out of courtesy shows would show some more respect for those who apply and invest their lunch hour to speak to someone
