    National Account Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at General Mills (London, England) in January 2019.

    Interview

Telephone, SHL tests (they won’t meet you unless you pass), LM meeting, case study & competency qs. The whole process is very impersonal with no feedback during, so you don’t really know where you stand.

I had rejection via email, not particularly nice after dedicating weekends to completing tests and preparing presentations/case study.

Speedy process, I’ll give them that!
