I have been working at Glasgow Caledonian University part-time

    Pros

Supportive, friendly staff and ethical company to work for

    Cons

Ways to grow a little unclear in own role and also uni needs to be more committed to climbing up rankings, taken more seriously for research, business growth opportunities and so on

    Advice to Management

Keep the work engaging and continue to work on projects that make a positive difference. GCU has potential, but more higher-ups need to be committed to giving it a better reputation
