I have been working at Gloo Communications full-time (More than a year)
Gloo has supported me throughout my career. The company has provided me with multiple opportunities to specialise in my chosen field and given me some invaluable experience. This was my first office role but the team made it so easy to settle in — they're a really fantastic and friendly bunch. Gloo clearly values it's staff and offers a wide range of perks — from meals out to training schemes.
Agency life can be a little hectic at times but this can't be helped — the company is in high demand! Managers support their team to and help to prioritise their workload so that nobody feels overwhelmed.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Gloo Communications (Reading, England) in April 2015.
Informal telephone interview followed by a more formal face to face interview with the managing director and the operations manager. Following my interview, I received a call to offer me the role and then I met with my new manager to sign my contract before my start date.
