    Pros

If you are engineer, your engineering acumen is not challenged. Can Relax your engineering brain

    Cons

Pro is a con as well. You will get dumber. Will be unable to sell yourself outside.
Group Culture. Engineering managers have become managers just because of putting their time in there. Sub par. Not open to new ideas. Zero communication. Bossing around for nothing.
Lots of sub par Engineers. They are buddies with the managers. If you are not a buddy with the manager, you dont go anywhere

    Advice to Management

Please consider exit interviews seriously. Look at attrition rates in groups and understand whats going on

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Goodman Manufacturing.

    Interview

The interview was relatively easy, as there were very few technical questions. The recruiters were easy to talk to, and mostly asked personality type questions. I think their goal was to see if I was a culture match.
