I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Grand Circle Travel (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021

Silly, silly "process". I was contacted by 4 recruiters (3 from the same company) about this position in a matter of a week. I went with the 1st one.
    1. Called by a recruiter.
    2. Received a cryptic email for a personality test.
    3. Received a cryptic email saying I wasn't a fit.

One of the weirder experiences. A company that does a go/no go decision based on a Personality Assessment is probably a place not worth working.

The process stopped in its tracks before it ever really got started.

Happy Monday! In 2018, The Excellence in Service Award was presented to 7 different GCC associates. As a thank you for being such outstanding employees, they were sent on a week long Recognition Journey Trip to Peru! Here is a photo of them enjoying the breathtaking view of Machu Picchu. #traveljobs #peru #excellenceaward

Annaliese Trigler, who’s been working at Grand Circle for just over one year in our marketing department, spent 11 days cruising down the Rhône from Paris to Nice, visiting Avignon, Provence, Lyon and other locales. Her trip highlight: “Without a doubt, what I enjoyed most was the camaraderie both onboard and off, with the crew, our Program Director, and my fellow passengers. It was such a unique experience, discovering this beautiful country alongside strangers that became like family.” #associatetravel #traveljobs #wheretonext
