    Great company, good working balance

    Cons

    Bit pushy on the exams they want you to take, forced CIPFA and I had to leave as it wasn't what I wanted to do.

    Advice to Management

    Let people complete the exams they want as long as its in the line of business they're working in.

    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Grant Thornton UK LLP in March 2020.

    Interview

    The process in comparison to other companies that I have applied for felt very long and time-consuming. It took in total around an hour to complete. There were a total of nine generic and quite repetitive questions in Part A and then a case study in Part B. The process felt quite impersonal with emails being sent at 9pm obviously outside working hours.
