I have been working at Grant Thornton UK LLP full-time (More than a year)
I have been promoted within the year and so the restructure has worked well for me and I am happy that the changes have been made, the team leaders are supportive as are most of the dept.
I enjoy the work I do and feel I make a contribution to the audit process, ideas are shared on a board which I like, my manager listens to my feedback. I think as a department it's growing and personally speaking I think it's got A LOT better. There's also a good reward package eg pension etc and the people from all levels are great to work with.
I suppose you can't keep everyone happy, and because the work is quite complex it's not for everyone, you will get lots of support from your team however if you refuse to take advice or make the same mistakes over and over again you will be put on an action plan, not really a con but it's all I could think of.
Advice to Management

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Grant Thornton UK LLP (London, England) in December 2018.
Online application, online tests, video interview, assessment centre.
All interviews are strength-based so not much preparation required apart from their values and their initiatives (especially Vibrant Economy). After the video interview they arranged a follow-up call to clear up questions from the video interview and clarify motivations.
The assessment centre was the next stage in London. They were quite quick to arrange this compared to other companies and had good communication throughout the process. The assessment centre was just 9am-1pm and involved a group exercise and one-to-one interview. The group exercise revolved around a chosen metric in their Vibrant Economy index, so make sure to review these beforehand. There was a short presentation at the end and a few Q&A. The one-to-one interview was 1 hour (including my questions) and included fairly predictable questions.
