Knowledgeable, approachable and brilliant directors with lots of experience.
Amazing clients with a real variety of work.
The office could be 'greener' by recycling more efficiently and managing heating better. Offices in general should be more sustainably minded and apart from that, the kitchen is a bit small for the expanding team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Graphic Alliance (London, England) in February 2016.
I went to the office, had a one to one with a director, then was given a task to complete.
Once the task was submitted and reviewed, I was called back in to continue a two on one interview to review my cv, go through the task and have the 'Question Time'.
It was open, relaxed and interesting on both occasions. They were very welcoming, reassuring and thorough.
