Keep doing what your doing a great job all around.I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Grey Matter (Ashburton, England)
Interview
Organised by an agency, got interview fairly quickly. Nice area to work in but tricky if you don't have a car. Everyone seemed very friendly and positive but could tell it could get pretty stressful when pushing for targets at the end of the month. Staff where a range of ages. More suitable for someone who is into there computers and target driven. I got through to the second stage of the interview and got to taste of what the role would be on a day to day basis. The position seemed to me the bottom of the pack and asked to do all the jobs people where to 'busy' to do. Unfortunately the job wasn't for me and couldn't see myself working there. Apparently it was a close call between me and someone else so it worked out for the best that they chose her.An example when I disagreed with my manager?
