I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guidant Global (London, England) in March 2015.
The hiring process was efficient and attentive. All email correspondence happened quickly and to the timescales the hiring manager promised. Everybody involved did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my application.
I undertook a phone screening interview, 1:1 interview, and then an interview with two other members of the team which included presenting a task which formed part of the process. This was a worthwhile exercise which provided a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills in practice but also learn more about the company itself.
The professional, yet friendly approach to the hiring process was perfectly representative of the way Guidant operates on a daily basis right across the business.
