DONT do the Culture Fit test - its a complete nonsense, waste of your time and only helps their statistics!

Applied online and immediately got an automatic email to do a Culture Fit online test.

This says 1 thing: monoculture. It tells people you’re looking for people who think and act exactly like you. That’s not a culture I want to be a part of. I want to work with a diverse group of individuals who think and act differently than me, who can challenge me and push me to be better. I’m looking to join a team, not a cult.

Your company culture comes off as super antisocial. It tells me you’d prefer to give me a test instead of talking to me. Why on earth would I want to join a group of people who would rather not meet me?

The interview process should be like a conversation, not an interrogation. It should be a mutual evaluation for fit. So if I’m talking to you as a potential employer, I’m deciding whether or not I want to work with you. And if you don’t have time for me, I don’t have time for you.
