I have been working at Handepay full-time (More than 3 years)
Handepay always look after their staff from the start at the training, the support from regional manager, back office staff help and then senior management looking to celebrate individuals or team's success. For a BDM they get their own patch to work and plan and if they work at it the success soon follows along with the decent commissions and incentives. When we hire new staff in their interviews we highlight this and show real commissions and show why we are number 1 it's all upfront honest and transparent.
Handepay structure their commissions to give all agents a fair target be it hitting a number of sales or a financial target number to reach, they've modelled it to try to pay out each month allowing the BDM to earn decent realistic commissions which can be massive.
Incentives are always run here building a great sales atmosphere which is competitive but not just aimed at the usual big hitters so new starters regularly come in and do well and win!
From my job role it's brilliant to be hands on with my team so building individuals confidence and creating a team that want to do well individually AND as a group is my main aim. I'm always supported by senior management and also my fellow managers as we are all in it together to keep building the company which has got bigger year in year out since I joined.
From a personal point I was promoted from BDM to regional sales manager after putting the hours and the work in so felt respected and rewarded and that was after I'd been given honest upfront advice and support to get me here which I'll never forget.
You have to get out and work at this job it's not one where you are spoon fed leads and sales so sucess always depends on the individuals drive and resilience. It's an all weather job always getting out there regardless of the conditions so you have to have the right attitude or you won't do well

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Handepay (Haydock, England) in January 2016.
Fast response to my application, received a call to arrange an interview. Attended this and everyone was very friendly. The two interviewers gave a great impression of the company and made me feel at ease. Found out the outcome the next day, with ample time given to consider the job offer which was good.
