I have been working at Handepay full-time

    Pros

Great company, well run. Have always been treated with respect, encouraged and thanked for my efforts. How often can you say that about a workplace.

    Cons

Sorry, I can't think of any.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Handepay (Haydock, England) in March 2018.

    Interview

I first had a telephone interview, which didn't feel like an interview at all, just a very relaxed conversation. The interviewer was friendly and passionate about the business. From there I attended a face to face interview, which was one of the most relaxed interviews I have ever attended. The interviewers made me feel at ease, the questions, I felt, were designed to find out more about you rather than catch you out & highlight your weaknesses, they made me talk about why I deserve this role & at the end, I felt like I sold myself to myself, rather than dwelling on things I could have done better. All in all, I really enjoyed the interview process at Handepay, very relaxed, very friendly & very inspiring & exciting, from applying to the interview, it took roughly a week, maybe less. I prepared quite a bit for the interview, which really helped answer the questions. I had roughly a 3-minute roleplay which I feel focused on how I communicate and my skills rather than my 'technical' knowledge.
