    Pros

    Employ amazing people and invest massively in their learning & development
    The training is the best I've had in the industry, they will actually teach you to be passionate about recruitment!
    I felt very welcomed, very supportive teams and lots of flexibility internally
    You are in charge of setting up your own KPIs which is the rarest thing you'll see in recruitment

    Overall I am extremely impressed with what I found upon arrival! Great place to work for!

    Cons

    Recruitment is a tough job, and it's not for everyone. If you are not ready to graft and work long hours it is definitely not a job for you.

    Advice to Management

    You've build an impressive business guys! A dream for every high achieving recruiters in the sector!

    Detailed interviews with multiple Harrington Starr team members. They will examine your motivation and aptitude for recruitment in detail. The executives are friendly but professional. They have a structured approach to interviewing that includes role plays. Because they are very team-centric, you will meet Harrington Starr people from all levels, CEO to line managers to the recently hired recruiters.
