Pros
HHCIC is the best place to start working if you have a long term goal of working in the NHS. Working in the community set up, there is a lot to learn about Primary Care as well as Secondary care, you only need to put in the effort to learn and absorb everything you can because there is so much to learn. Service manager is very supportive and understanding.
Cons
It is a bit difficult to deal with some patients, especially when there are issued relating to consultant appointments, etc. however this is something not in the control of the organisation.
