    I worked at Hartmann international full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    There used to be a lot of pros working for Hartmann but not anymore! Since the senior management changed the company went down hill and is still going down hill. Recruited some extremely rubbish managers.

    Cons

    The current management is poor. Some have been through mediation more than once because they clearly don't have the skills to manage sales people. The contracts have all changed for the worse. This is no longer a family friendly company.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the management and you might recruit some fantastic people.

    I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hartmann international.

    Interview

    Skype video call with HR and Hiring manager. It was scheduled for 30 minutes out of which last 10 minutes were for candidates' questions. Interview included introduction followed by 3-4 questions.
