Our Havas Village concept brings a broad range of communications disciplines together under one roof: digital, mobile, social media, advertising, direct marketing, media planning and buying, communications, sales promotion, healthcare communications, design, human resources, sports marketing, public relations, finance, research and more. We have a multitude of resources at our fingertips, and our open seating environment helps foster strong communication, teamwork and collaboration.

From Resilience Workshops, to Data Academcies, all the way to Global Leadership Programmes, our continually evolving portfolio of development offerings will make sure there’s plenty for everyone.

HKX Campus makes available a suite of core learning and development opportunities as well as ad-hoc sessions and initiatives that brings development to the heart of the Havas Media UK community.

Global Development Programs such as Havas Lofts and HavasNextGen enable employees to build new skill sets and gain exposure to other markets, making for stronger collaboration between our global employees. We continue to introduce new programs that inspire fresh thinking, exploration, and continual growth for our employees in their careers. 

Health & Well-being 

Havas Equalise is designed to help people attain balance across work and personal life as well as mind & body. Our health & well-being programme has everything from ‘lunch and learn’ sessions with a nutritionist, to art therapy workshops, to personal development one to one coaching sessions, to weekly exercise classes and more. Each quarter is themed around different topics, in 2018 different quarterly themes included, ‘Happy, healthy teams make great business’ and ‘Resilient teams manage change better’. 

In 2019 we also launched our Wellness Lounge as part of Havas Equalise. The Wellness Lounge is a unique and separate space where you can escape, unwind and destress. The space will be used to empower our people with the tools they need to manage themselves better and become the very best version of themselves. The Wellness Lounge is a no phone, no laptop and no meeting zone. It is to be used for nothing else apart from time out, relaxation, meditation and mindfulness practices.

    Application

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Havas Media (London, England) in December 2014.

    Interview

    Interview was arranged through recruitment agency. 1st interview was 1:1 with account lead. They put me forward for a different position, 2nd interview was for a different role with different account lead. 2nd interview was more like a 1st interview; no presentation or brief response. Interviews centred around my CV and talking about my experience, how I would approach particular challenges.
