    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Healios (United Kingdom) in Dec 2021

    Interview

This was a three stage process. The first was a career history overview and a few questions around what I knew abut the organisation, why I was interested etc. Second was an interview with some key stakeholders and was competency based. Final stage was a presentation and competency based interview.
    Interview

10 minute presentation on what my talent acquisition strategy would be in the role, followed by competency based interview questions. The three panelists put me at ease and it was an enjoyable interview where the passion for the work the organisation does shone through.
