So so much support, you never feel alone.
Incredible experience regardless of how experienced a counsellor you are.
Really good rewards/benefits and great for meeting like minded people.

I dont feel there are any cons to this company at present

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Health Assured (Manchester, England, England) in Apr 2021

I had an initial screening interview with HR and then progressed to the interview with the management team. Anyone who has an interview with Health Assured be prepared that it is a massively corporate environment. My feedback was I wasn't dressed professionally - in a jumper and t shirt. I thought I was dressed nice, but not what they were looking for. As an idea I was interviewed by someone in a shirt and tie. I was also told I didn't acted professionally, and some phrases I used weren't appropriate for their corporate clients. I was just being myself in the interview - but my advice is for anyone with an interview dress smart and act very professional.

They were interested in my current role, my current targets, how I organise my time, how I manage busy periods, how many emails / calls I have a day, how many renewal contracts I deal with - essentially determining how much I'm used to structure and busyness.
