    Pros

    There are a lot of really good people here.

    Cons

    A lot of people have quit in recent months, and although some client difficulties are responsible, it's certain team members who are really responsible. Some of the production and book leads run things very badly but they talk a good game so they seem to skate by. Management seems to be unconcerned about the amount of turnover, the decreased morale and other negative developments.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the turnover. How many people have to quit before you realize there's a big problem? And look at the heads of the teams with the most turnover, you'll see there's a pattern there as well. Also you can't improve overall morale just by providing food and fun events. You need to care about how we're doing day to day.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Heartbeat (New York, NY (US)) in February 2018.

    Interview

    I had a phone chat with the recruiter then I was brought in to talk to a few key people in the company. I thought I had done well as was excited for the next steps but thats where things went south. First I was told that I would get feedback the monday following the interview on friday which is fair. I waited until mid week and had not heard anything so I reached out to the company. I was told one of the people I spoke to was ill and I need to wait until they came back. Again that seemed fair. A week goes by and I don't hear anything. I again reach out to the company and don't rcvd any response. I reach out to them one final time a week later and nothing. I am fine with not being asked to move onto the next steps but just leaving me in limbo is neither fair or professional.
