As a Customer Services consultant at HMRC you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a first-rate service by phone, letter, email and webchat.
You’ll seek to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible, and use your brilliant communication skills to handle sometimes complex but rewarding conversations.

I applied online. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in June 2018.
Read the requirements that are sent to you prior to interview... write down your answers, practise and go! Interviewed by 2 lovely ladies with sense of hmnour so felt relaxed. Questions had been sent prior to interview but hadnt realised, so read everything before attending. .Also docs photos are required before interview so make sure you have everything.
