I have been working at High Society full-time

    Pros

Not only does High Society offer great events in and out of London, it gives you the flexibility to pick and choose what suits you. This is great as you don't need to commit too much and work you studies / seeing friends and family around work.
It is really easy to book onto shifts. With such a great range of shifts available it is easy to pick what is most suitable time / location. Also, everyone at the office is really friendly and helpful.
Finally, you get to work with different people on shifts and can be a great way to meet new people and make friends.

    Cons

None! You get to make your own decisions which is really useful when you've got a busy schedule.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at High Society.

    Interview

Agfter a ten minute phone interview mainly asking about tattoos and piercings I was invited for a face to face interview. These were conducted in pairs which helped me go relax. The guy interviewing us was really nice and friendly and the questions basically consisted of s ring if we knew things like which glass would be used for red or white wine. However there seemed to be no pressure if you could t answer one. Overall it was a very relaxed processs and I was phoned to be offered to attend a training session half an hour after finishing.
