For me, it's quite a long way from home and my journey can take longer than I would like.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hitachi Capital (UK) (Newbury, England) in December 2019.
Telephone interviewer was very nice. Asked about what experience I had in customer service, mainly a 20 min chat before being advised I was being put through for second interview. Advised second interview would be around the company values and a role play. I received the second interview 2 weeks later.
