I have been working at Hitachi Consulting full-time (More than a year)
They support your growth and provide you with opportunities. But you need to make sure you watch out for those and grab them when you can. As everywhere else, hardly anything will be offered to you on a silver platter.
For a company making so much money, the bonus scheme is not rewarding. It's only 3% of your salary when you're a consultant or a senior consultant. And that's spread over the quarters...
Advice to Management
Make sure that if you place someone in a new role, they're happy in it. Listen to your workforce.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hitachi Consulting.
Two Interviews: Critical Behaviour and Technical Interview.
Critical Behaviour: 3 examples of how you have had a challenging experience, achievement or done something well that can be used at Hitachi
Technical: They will look at your CV or ask about your dissertation
Relaxed and casual atmosphere, be yourself and you will do fine :)
