I have been working at HotelTonight full-time (More than a year)

HotelTonight's culture is something unique - Ask any current or former employer and they will tell you they feel they'll never work for a company with the vibe HT has. On top of that, the level of transparency and ownership is truly amazing, from interns to country managers. So many people start their careers at HT and I can say nobody regrets to do so

Change is constant and in a small office you can feel that even more. Additionally, working with SF may mean staying slightly longer ( work life balance is still ver good) and difficults collaboration and alignment

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HotelTonight.

The interview process consisted of a screening call and then a more detailed call with a hiring manager. Both were extremely friendly and easy to talk to - the process did not feel daunting at all. However, they did not give any feedback even when pushed, which would be expected after a 1:1 interview.

HotelTonight and Airbnb announced today that the acquisition bringing the two companies together has closed. 'Innovators' chronicles our treks behind the scenes with travel's disruptors and free thinkers-the people who lead rather than follow, who break things, take risks, solve problems in fresh ways. Through all that, they make, for the rest of us, the future of travel. It's been a big month for HotelTonight CEO Sam Shank.
