    Positive Outlook

I have been working at House of Kaizen full-time (More than a year)

Great team of people to learn from, depend on and have a drink with at the end of the week. Lots of opportunities to "colour outside the lines of your role" and to take control of your own career. There's a lot of people here who created their own roles because of what they loved doing and what they saw the company needed. The directors of the company are really approachable and encourage everyone - no matter how junior - to decide on the direction and shape of the agency. There's lots of autonomy, great recognition for work well done, and from what I've seen, really good support and training when someone's struggling.

Not really much bad to say. It can get a bit stressful at times, but what agency can't? Work hard yes, and sometimes you get "thrown in the deep end" but in a good way! We generally earn those Friday night drinks :)

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, being open, ensuring that training and development of people is centre, and we'll keep working hard for you!

    Easy Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at House of Kaizen in April 2017.

Excellent interview process. Really friendly and put me at ease from the word go. Telephone interview followed by a face to face interview in the offices. We're able to get the official offer sent to me quickly and efficiently. Can't wait to start! 😁
