Advice to Management
Raise salary levels to reduce turnover
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hult International Business School (London, England) in December 2015.
Intense! You apply and then get screened by a hiring manager and then by the person who will be your actual manager. You usually interview with them a couple of times and then meet another person from the team. You get asked a tonne of questions and they are very direct and range from questions about your skills and education, to how you work in an international environment, your hobbies, interests etc. My first two interviews were via Skype and then I met in person in the office.
