Mission: To enable organizations to improve fundamental performance, reinvent their business, generate new growth platforms, and lead their people through transformational change.
I worked at Huron Consulting Group full-time
People in the office were good, work-life balance was very reasonable for a consulting company, clients were generally interesting, projects were mostly interesting (see below).
Some types of projects got repetitive. Executive management was uninspired and dull, and at times felt like was completely missing in action. Benefits were minimal.
Advice to Management
Listed company needs to mind the share price, but at times it felt like that was the only thing being watched. Quite uninspiring. Invest in your people, you are a consulting company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (London, England).
I was called up by a recruitment agency and they set up an interview with HR representative. It was phone interview and only took 10 minutes. The person who interviewed me was very pleasant and nice. It was really good experience.
