Good and friendly people with adequate work load. The office although a fair distance from my own address is easy to locate and within walking distance of the highstreet.
becoming less family orientated from when i first started. There is not enough on site parking so you have to park at one of the local town centre parking locations, this is at the cost of the company but is still a little frustrating in bad whether. There are too many manager for managers sake, which dilutes it's worth.
Advice to Management
maintain the family orientated feel to the business. only promote those that truely deserve it based on the work they carry out, not by creating roles to promote people just because their face fits.
