    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at INPS.

    Interview

This interview was too simple, basically a C# questionnaire copied right off the internet. Needs to be improved to allow people to showcase their skills and talents.

Leaving someone in a room for an hour or two with this quiz is not enough to gauge if they will be a good developer or not.
