I have been working at INTERSECT full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

From day one, I felt welcome, and each person was approachable, knowledgeable and seemed to have a genuine interest in helping me succeed. Fantastic teams and excellent products are at the core of Intersect's culture.

    Cons

Work from home felt frowned upon, although this may change during 2020. My one on ones are much less formal than other companies and lacked structure of any kind (this may be a positive depending on personality type).

    Advice to Management

Challenging times lie ahead for most companies, and I wish management all the best in navigating the road ahead.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at INTERSECT.

    Interview

The interview took an hour..2 interviewers came in & asked me questions, which was fine...however, 30 minutes later they left and another interviewer came in and asked me literally the SAME questions and I found myself repeating the answers...Maybe they were trying to hit the 1 hour mark.. which was obviously pointless and a waste of time.
