Pros
Excellent Pay (Including paid overtime which is rarely required), a hybrid working model (40% in the office), frequent social events year round (Marathon/Charity Day/5 aside/book club/quarterly office get togethers/many company wide seasonal events as well as department social events) and most importantly it is a small collaborative team from Department Head to Analyst which makes you feel like more than just a number.
Cons
Limited company parking available, would recommend public transport or using city parking facilities.
