    The people are really friendly and everyone works really hard. The vision for the company is strong and everyone seems committed to it.

    So many offices and locations that it can be hard to get to know everyone in all the brands

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Impellam Group in September 2014.

    Interview

    The first step was a telephone interview, then a face to face interview with the Regional Director. Very in depth interview about experience, wants and fit for Tate. The interviewer was very passionate and knowledgeable - knows her stuff, very supportive. Never sugar coated hard work needed to be a success. High values, very client and candidate focussed.
