I worked at Imperial Tobacco Canada full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Car, Good salary, phone, printer.

    Cons

I think the most important thing about a job is that you like what you do. In this work, forget about a balance in your life, there are days when you work until 12 at night from 6 in the morning.

They do not give you the proper training, they expect you to know everything about the product in less than a week without even having a training.

The administration of the district manager of downtown Toronto is bad and racist.

    Advice to Management

Please, train your employees properly and do not expect them to know your product the first day.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Imperial Tobacco Canada.

    Interview

For the interview after the phone interview, one of the two interviewers was late and they seemed unorganized that day for some reason. The interview itself seemed to go well but I was somewhat relieved that I didn't get called back because they didn't really seem to care.

    Interview Questions

    • The question was what I thought the company faced internationally in the next few years, though it wasn't that unexpected.   Answer Question
