    Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Indian Oil.

    Interview

There are three rounds namely GD/GT & PI. If your Gate Score in good then your job is much easier as it has maximum weightage.
GD/GT takes around 15 mins and mainly focus on your ability to present yourself in group/work with a group.
PI comprises of both technical and HR. Since I had a good rank in Gate my interview was mainly on HR ground.
The entire process is very smooth and one will feel quite friendly.
