Interview
The overall interview process was thorough, but very organized. I had a total of 5 interviews, including the HR screening. I had one extra interview, due to a personnel change (the hiring manager left and was replaced) in the middle of the process. I noticed that the same question can be asked by multiple interviewers, so make sure you are consistent. If you get through the interview with the hiring manager, you will be given a business question to present to the next interviewer. Make sure you are concise in the presentation. My last interview was with the COO. The HR recruiter was very proactive and made the interview process easy and enjoyable.InterviewWhat are your top 3 values?

InshurCelebrating UK Black History and Allyship How many companies can say that they mark & celebrate Black History Month twice per year? At INSHUR, we are lucky to be based both in the US and UK which observe BHM at different times - once in February and once in October. This means we get to learn about both histories and this October, we've set aside some time to not only remember and honor important people and events in the British history, but to also educate ourselves on anti-racism allyship. InshurWe adopted the hybrid working! During the COVID-19 crisis and in the current post-pandemic world, we’ve had an opportunity to shift how we operate. Now more than ever we are committed to providing the right kind of flexibility not only when it comes to people’s working patterns, but also their work location. We’ve adapted our ways of working, including ‘remote-first’ principles, not merely applying office-based approaches to things like hours, how we communicate and culture. We’ve come up with further guiding principles around visibility, documentation and social interactions to continue our work productively and successfully, regardless of location. We are assessing as we go, making incremental tweaks and improvements where needed. While we have proven our adaptability by making the shift to fully remote work during the crisis, it is clear that such a setup is not for everyone. So, post-pandemic (whenever that might be!), working in an office will be accommodated where possible.
