Pros
Excellent induction into the business with lots of information available on the business, business processes, tooling, teams etc. The re-mote set up was seamless and the ability to jump straight in was useful. I was able to get a great understanding of the business very quickly. The entire Inspiretec team are very welcoming and have been there to help me with any questions. receiving a goodie box was most appreciated and made me feel part of the team very quickly.

Interview
I had an email asking me to complete a video interview recording myself answering a list of questions.
I advised to withdraw my application as interview processes are a two way street, and was advised they do this in order to assess communication skills.
You absolutely need to build rapport with your potential employees, and it allows them to gauge the people they interview with. This cannot be done with them just recording themselves answering your questions.
For more junior roles, these are potentially fresh graduates with little to no experience and possibly not the greatest soft skills - they may require prompting in order to satisfy your interview questions which again cannot be done by just recording themselves.InterviewWhat inspired you to pursue this career?
