I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time
Flexibility, strong career development, opportunities for international rotations, good canteen food, free coffee, nice people, rewards hard work and new ideas, good pension and share investment schemes. Free health insurance and gyms. Free Gym classes.
Sometimes a little slow to keep up with the market in terms of basic pay but still stays in top tier.
Advice to Management
Proliferate career development opportunities and flexibility across all departments.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (London, England) in January 2017.
I had 3 telephone interviews. The first 2 telephone interviews were with my 2 potential colleagues and supervisors. The last telephone interview was with my overall boss. All of the interviews were more conversational in tone - I was at ease and it was easy to establish a rapport.
