The opportunities for career development and growth are great. Managers give lots of responsibility which really makes you feel like you can make a difference. A very friendly working environment with great social events. Benefits are impressive too.
Internal communication can sometimes be an issue, however it is improving.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intelliflo (Kingston, East of England, England) in August 2016.
Very straight forward they have their own recruitment person heavily involved who makes the process easy. There was also a presentation attended by a senior manager. 2 stage interview with an initial Skype screening, was straight forward with nothing out of the ordinary.
