   I applied online. I interviewed at Intent (United Kingdom) (United Kingdom)

   Interview

   The initial interview consisted of 30 minutes with the CEO to determine my background and understanding of the role, and this was followed by an hour-long chat with the CEO and Head of Content a few days later which was more in-depth. Unfortunately, it then took over a month and multiple emails from my side to get an update before I was finally rejected. I don’t take issue with the rejection, but I take issue with the radio silence. I sent an email three weeks after the interview which was not responded to, and then a further follow-up a week later which was responded to three days later. The interviews were very professional experiences and I am glad to have had the chance to interview, but sadly the lack of communication in the month following soured my experience of the process and this company.
