I applied online. I interviewed at InterContinental Hotels Group (Denham, South East England, England) in August 2017.
an initial and informal telephone interview, formal face to face with a presentation, then a last minute 'meet the team' interview. The hiring manager tried to be friendly but didn't quite succeed and the scenario that subsequently led to me rejecting the offer was painful and unnecessary. In short they are big corporate company, based in the middle of nowhere that don't seem to have adopted any modern employee practices. Seemed like everyone there was young and single, they had no sympathy nor interest in being flexible for anyone with children/family. The whole thing was very odd and if that is how they treat all potential staff, they're going to have a real lack of talent working for them in the future.
