International Sports Management Reviews

Pros
Being in an administrative role, many there are constant projects and things that need attention. Sometimes this can feel overwhelming and sometimes we fall behind. It is at these times when I value my direct report as I always feel empowered to have open communication and if adjustments need to be made, then those happen. I am not made to feel like it's my fault (as it's not) and that goes miles.
Cons
I truly don't have any - maybe getting all offices together for a giant company picnic or something but since we are spread all over the country, that doesn't really seem viable!

Interview
First interview is at the office, talked with two people on the events team. Subsequent interview was also in person, talking to the director. Consisted of typical interview questions and conversation, was asked similar questions in both interviews. Received no communication whatsoever, not even a rejection after my second interview. Found that unprofessional especially considering I took the time to go into the office for each interview which isn't very common these days. Didn't feel the need to reach out as the proposed salary was incredibly low and the very defensive responses to any criticism by employees or interviewees on Glassdoor was a bit of a turn off.InterviewHow would you deal with demanding clients/difficult personalities?
