I worked at Iveco full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good professionals, Good city, Great work.
Changes a lot from department to department

    Cons

Very Hierarchical Structure, a good or a bad environment and job depends solely on what type of manager you have.
Work teams are not very young and some are too stuck in the old ways of doing things.

    Advice to Management

In a lot of cases Italian Laws need to change, firing laws, managers can only do so much to motivate people who do not want to work and cannot be fired.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Iveco (Lubumbashi (Democratic Republic of Congo)) in October 2014.

    Interview

There was questions on background and my work experience. Then it moved to talking of the company and its work procedures. The different sections of employment in the company. Its meetings, how its carried out and also their work hours and holidays. Well paced interview, comfortable and gave insight of the company itself.
