Pros
If you want to do something,, this is the place. One of the best pays, share plans, benefits. The company even pays bonus in the worst times.
So loads of opportunity to perform and learn
Cons
Some fresh mid level managers, mostly techies, with limited or no experience at management level outside of this company. Senipr management is great but the middle management falters.
Advice to Management
focus on fair treatment, dont carry the losers as they will only slow you down

Interview
I had video conference. The interview was for about an hour. The questions were moderate mostly from core java like collection, multi threading, oops. But the interviewer i met lacked communication skills as well as knowledge. I faced lots of difficulties in interpreting what he wants to say and what answer he is expecting. I felt like he had written all the answers in a sheet and if your answer doesn't match with that then it's wrong according to him.
A suggestion to HR team, please send quality panels who good knowledge and not junks who do Google.
