Pleasant and relaxed working environment, friendly co-workers, bases across the UK and it's reasonably easy to transfer between bases. Great opportunities for promotion within the business with a

Cons

Variable pattern roster which is also subject to disruption and changes during the busy summer season. Company is anti-union and does it's best to stonewall BALPA at every turn.

Advice to Management

The option of fixed pattern rosters would be good. If Ryanair are able to manage it why can't we?
