    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Jibe in October 2018.

    Interview

Phone interview with recruiter, second phone interview with Director and third zoom call with staff member. Throughout the scheduling, the recruiter would request to set up a time to speak with each person but I had to keep following up for her to confirm the date and times. Before the last interview ended, I was informed by the interviewer that the recruiter will get back to me. After a couple of weeks, I sent an email to the recruiter for follow-up after the last interview and never received a response.
If a candidate spent the time and effort to interview 3 times, the least that can be done is to inform he/she if they will be moving forward or not.
