Pros
Jobandtalent is the perfect place for people that would like to grow and accept responsibilities from an early stage. The management deeply cares about its employees and if you show effort you will be given every opportunity to develop yourself professionally and learn more. You will be working alongside very smart and ambitious people in flat hierarchies. The atmosphere itself is unique and extremely friendly between co-workers.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Jobandtalent (London, England) in May 2016.
Interview
Job was advertised through a recruitment agency even though the company’s main objective is to put employers in direct contact with potential employees and vice versa for jobs.
The start of the interview was ok but then the person who was being demoted from the role I was applying for was also in the interview and was actually allowed to separately question me alone as well.
It was like he just wanted to steal my ideas not interview me. Very unprofessional
I was told later that very body who interviewed me liked me and wanted to offer me the position except the person who was being demoted Very unprofessional
