Applied online, Call received from HR, requesting basic information, salary expectations, my attraction to the job, do I know anyone that works there, after a few weeks contact made to book Interview with the hiring manager, time was booked around my availability, the usual probing questions regarding previous experiences, skills, achievements. Very straightforward, they would request your previous salary and try to stick to that as much as possible. You would need to be prepared to insist on your requirements and rationalize it if necessary.
